to Educate Our Kids
We REALLY want to hear from YOU, the teachers. We want to know what your favorite part of teaching is – what lights your fire, so to speak. We also want to know what you see as obstacles or barriers that keep you from doing your very best. This is not about telling you want we think you should do, or assuming we have it all figured out. We want to learn from you, then we want to go to bat for you.
We started off as a group of local pastors concerned about our local school boards, but very quickly realized that teachers so often get “caught in the crossfire” of all the politics.
Immediately, the “light came on” in our heads, and we thought that something immediate and tangible we could do would be to put together a special night of recognition and honor for our Teachers and Principals. That’s what LOTT is all about. We want you to know we care about you, we want to understand your challenges better, and we want to support and pray for you.
